Mocha, Chestnut Praline, Sugar Cookie, any syrup you make can flavor this super simple pillowy cold foam ❤️
The cold brews from Starbucks are my favorite and I think I've figured it out. I like a little flavor in my coffee and I love a pillowy topping. It's so easy to make your own cold foam it's almost always how I top my drinks.

For a peppermint mocha, I make a chocolate cold foam. Toasted marshmallow cold foam is great for a mocha too. When I was make chestnut praline, I used that syrup for cold foam as well. . Literally the recipe is the same - heavy cream, a splash of milk and then whatever syrup you want. Including simple syrup if you just want a sweet cream cold foam.
Ingredients
1/4 cup heavy cream
Splash milk
2 Tbl any flavor syrup (see recommendations above)
Step 1: Whip Ingredients
Whip heavy cream, milk, and syrup in a cup until it starts to thicken. For stiffer cream, omit milk. I like to whip mine in a mason jar so I can close it and save some for later. Any cold foam left over will last you a day or so, you may need to re-whip or give your cup a good shake.
